Has anyone A/B'd the dual vox with the real deal AC30 TB? How closedoes it get to early U2 / Edge sound?

Well, I've played and heard an ac30, but do I have one here to a/b at the same time? NO. Is the Egnater close and does it have a rich, inspiring tone? Absolutely. For clean to semi crunch, the Vox module is excellent imo.
Of all the ac30's made over the years, you're really asking an impossible question because it may sound like one and maybe not another. If you like vox tone, you'll like the vox module. It's really that simple. If you want exact vox tone, then buy an ac30 and enjoy.

The Module sounds great - I own it! And as Vox endorser I have also played a lot of different Vox and they all sound different, depending on the age, speakers and other components so its almost impossible to say if its the same .... the Module sound reminds me of a Vox - thats all I can say
