As yoy can see from the pictures, the mod was done in 2010. Mods include noise gate, bass boost and mid boost.

Looks like an interesting upgrade to the Scary. Definately looks different than the SLOD100. I'm kind of sad I didn't/don't have the funds to get this as well as the '59RR Rob is working on... well if one thing is true in the MTS world, it will show up on the block again one day. :lol:

Thanks bro, Ive always wanted to try a modded scary, couldn't pass it up after I saw Rob had sprinkled his magic on it! Im looking for a really hot-rodded, gainy, muscular marshall tone, this should do the trick.

I love my JF Scary. Mine has a mid cut push/pull on the gain knob but I never use it. The stock tone is killer. Let us know what you think.

Just got it in mail today, made it fast from PR. Thanks dude, I dig it for sure. Great Marshall tone w/ lots of sustain and harmonics.

hey lunati, didn't you used to have a SLO-OD100 by JF? how does this differ to your ears?

This scary seems more marshally in the low-end (bigger) and also more aggressive and brighter from what I recall as well from the SLO. Like a super hotrodded marhsall tone. Cant wait to a/b this and the 59rr.
I love this mod, and especially for the price, KILLER lead tone! But so was the SLO mod. I remember the SLO being darker than this and a little smoother but still very muscular.
