Hi Greg, how heavy is your RM1250 fully loaded with modules?

Don't know the actual weight, not too bad though...until it's in a rack. Then it's a beast. Definitely need some castors.

both of these kind of interest me...how do they differ from the stockers?The stock modern is very bassy....and is the bron more of a mid gain plexi of higher gain?

Yes the Modern is a much deeper, thicker sounding module. Easy enough to dial down the Bass though, and it doesn't get muddy or flubby at full gain. The Brown is higher gain than the Plexi, sort of voiced in between a Plexi and the SL+ if that makes any sense. These two have a better feel to them than stock. More articulate, smoother.

Got the modern today and it sounds brilliant! Superb packing job and fast shipping. Sound like a stock modern should have sounded from the start..."modern".
