Great module, but with recent acquisitions I simply don't need it anymore. Has a "custom" faceplate courtesy of CrankyRay and Marshall knobs. I will include the original silver Brown faceplate as well.

I'm wanting to trade for another modded module, but other than that there's really nothing specific that I'm looking for, so I'm open to ideas! :) I'd be willing to add cash on my end as part of the deal too, depending on what you've got.

One of the few modules Ive not been able to find clips of.....how much gain does it have available?

I just went and played it side-by-side with my Egnater dual SL. I can say that this Brown has more gain than Ch B of my SL with the GAIN cranked.

Actually, the Brown sounds 10 times better than the SL to me. For me the SL doesn't have enough high-mids or treble - I have the MID and TREBLE knobs max'ed on the SL and yet I want more, and I don't feel like it could cut through the mix.

While the TREBLE on the Brown is pretty useless on anything below 2:00 IMO, it starts to get pretty touchy right at about 2:30 - 3:00, but from there you can do so much with it, and sounds like it could cut through without any problem from that point on.

If it weren't for the Mash-all+ arriving tomorrow, I'd be keeping this Brown; and my SL would need modding before I could consider it a replacement for the Brown.

my baby! Compared to my Gigmods SL+, this module is warmer and more organic in a great way. Killer module!

Panned hard right I'm playing an Yngwie Strat>Gigmods Brown
That's all the rhythms (light to o/d) and the leads. Pretty dry, with no eq, ribbon mic on a 4x12 v30.

This was the only module I liked with my Yngwie Bridge pickup- it just worked while others sounded shrill with this axe. So if there's a Strat playing marshall player, this is THE module to own.

I alwyas thought this one came real close to the 5FDP tone when used with my LP and OD pedal.

Love it!

Question: How long did it take you to get David Bowie to agree to do your vocal track?

lol

This was actually Bowie's project, I stepped in for a few months then we parted due to my Vai-ish show off playing, I just couldn't tame it down enough for the coffee house vibe they wanted. Bowie's guitar I reamped into a Gigmods JTM on the Left side

But Bowie continued to do vocals for me on the Blueblood Monkey Project, that's the stuff I generally play when there are no restrictions.

Anywho, people should know the Gigmods Brown module is a good and unique score from a trusted seller

If I ever get cash together I'll make an offer.
