Grail with rm22

Hi guys second post ,thinking of getting an rm22 but wondering if the grail will have that bottom with el84's . Dont want any other head so just curious. Looking at the mr scary and grail for mesa and marshall hi gain tones. Mr scary is a lock and I dont want to mod so stock modules Im thinking these 2 are best for what im after. Am I right? thanks . Playin thru 2 greenbacks or rather a splawn 2-12 with sb 25;s sorta a clone of greenbacks , thanks again .

For low to moderate volumes (& recording applications) your bottom end will be fine. If you are jamming loud with a hard hitting band you will not have enough low end power- that is the nature of the 84 tube, you'll need bigger tubes for a bigger low end.

They may be the best stock modules out there, so yes, good choices for Mesa/Marshall

i wouldnt rule out not modding your modules. for the mere price of what a particular modder charges, stock and modded modules cant be compared actually.
