My band Into The Ocean recently did some recordings.. please check them out, I'm using a randall rm100m with an XTC

I do all the guitar parts using a Les Paul Standard and ESP SV with emgs

What are you running tube wise and did you mod ya Module??

I have a XTC and I can't squeeze that much gain out of it... what are your settings and bias??

I'm just using the standard EL34s (upgrading to 6L6s soon) and as for the dials they're mostly all up max except mid on 3 quarters and bass on 10:30.. my presence is on full and density is halfway. Na no mods..

I am off downtown this afternoon to hopefully pick up a recto or 1086.

No idea about the bias or that, I'm still learning lol

skip the recto, get the 1086.

I like the Surf/Death metal. I would have never thought that could have worked, but it does so really well.

Yeh I reckon thats heaps of Gain eh.. good work I'm looking at getting a 1086 but they are a bit more expensive than a Recto i belive.

yeah I'm getting both the recto and 1086.. I'm guessing the 1086 will soon be my default module but ja..

oh yes and the 1086 is 100 bucks more expensive than the recto is aus.. I'm guessing everywhere too lol
