Well i scored an endorsement deal so goodbye to randall, they have been great amps, especially the mts and cabs. If anyone is interested i have a practically new rm50 palamino head with brand new sed c wing el34s and a matching 2x12 cab for sale in the classifieds. Thanks Randall for the last 5 years of great amps

cool that you got an endorsement and all, but why not hang onto the Randall, and do like all the stars do, get amps made after them but gig out on the gear that made them famous?

Seriously though, take a lesson from Mailman, who owned just about every highend amp on the planet and keeps coming back to the MTS.

im actually probably leaving the Randall Army myself..

kinda sad, but ive always wanted the Engl, so it might go through with this...

but i wouldnt mind getting a RM20/50 or RM4 down the road again...maybe by the end of the year or something when im in a better financial situation

I say go for it! that is the only way to get that "New amp itch" out from your blood. I sold my 3rd MTs to get a Engl Invader. Loved it too. But once the sound got old I came back to Randall but had the CURIOSITY killed. Take away the doubts or the "what ifs"
That is the only way. Walk on the wild side!
But remember.....THAT THEY ALL COME BACK!! 8)

when other guitar players come over to check out my rig, I can always tell they seem a little skeptical at first, then the look on their face when they hear the first "Ka-Chaaaaaaang" that awe-struck look, like they were just accosted by something beautiful but horrific, thinking they had the **** back home in their own rack and realizing they don't. I don't mind showing them otherwise, its kind of like public service thing. :)
