Iso cabs for recording

Anyone use 'em? I just don't understand how a speaker can react naturally in an enclosure...But I don't know much about these things...Any guidance is helpful!!!

The design of the speaker enclosure will have a bearing on the overall tone, but the benefits of allowing the amp to be pushed hard and get speaker distortion (depending on the speaker) are nice. It will take some tweaking and work but they can be very useful.
