This is about the 5th time I have seen them here in Vegas and Oni is sounding better than ever. George as per the last 2 to 3 years doesn't use the Lynchbox anymore. He now has 2 Dave Friedman Marsha heads he is boosting with an Ibanez Tube screamer. Which finally replaced his old Plexi that he can't escape from. The rest of the pedals are the same George always uses. Dave Friedman was also in the house watching the show.
I found this video on youtube of the show in vegas

It's always hard to tell with George because he uses so much delay and phaser on his tone. He turns his cabs backwards because I imagine it's so loud he would kill his and the crowds ears in front. So I only get the PA tone always. His clean tones are amazing in some parts. His guitar sounds almost acoustic at times and chimes like a bell. If you have ever seen him live you just cant believe how busy the guy is. He never looks like he is having fun up there. It's constant work on stage. The guy is working constantly on pedals, pickup switching, and volume knob adjustments. It's pretty impressive business and I am always blown away with the Lynch vibrato.

I saw him with Souls of We a few months ago in a small bar. His cabs were facing backwards there as well. He seemed to be using plexi's. The other guitar player had one of the Jim Wiggle Purplexi heads. George was tearing it up and not using many effects when I saw him. You are right about him being busy. That fretboard got a work out.

Everytime I see him it's in some little bar here. Saturday and the last time I saw him I could have leaned forward and grabbed his guitar out if his hands. I always get the up close and personal treatment here in Vegas because it's just all small bars he plays. Saturday was at Feelgood's which is Vince Neil's new place.
