kh-3 going bad?

i noticed a slight volume loss and a bit of static noise when playing my kh-3 module today.
it happens mostly when i play heavy palm muted riffs, the static is kinda in the backgroud.
i thougth maybe it was bad tubes so i swapped the kh-2 tubes over to kh-3 and then it had no gain :S
so i put em back the way they where and everythign is back to normal except that littel volume loss and static kinda noise for a split second after hitting a palm muted power chord.

any ideas?

i got this amp used from a guy last summer and i havetn really used kh-3 much..i just noticed this now...

Sounds like a group of bad tubes to me. Does the KH2 work OK?

Maybe try cleaning off the contacts on the module.

yeah kh-2 and kh-1 are both fine, i will try new tubes if that dont work i know its something more serious...
