Just wanted to leave a very positive post about Randall customer service. I bought a used RM20 combo and accidentally knocked it over backwards while playing one day. The fall knocked the power cord end up into the amp and smashed the plug/fuse connector. I called Randall and told them my story and asked to purchase a new connector. Instead they sent me a new one at NO CHARGE! And they sent it out immediately!!! Again I bought this used!! Wow, how could anyone ask for more?? What great customer service, thanks Randall!!!!
