Ya know, I have a ton of expensive modded modules but I just put my Mr Scary into my MOD50 for giggles.

Now I remember why I love the Lynch modules......the Salvado Deluxe might have the edge in clarity and bite but it's hard to beat a Mr Scary for the $$ IMO.

That has always been one of my favorite stockers. Along with the blackface SL+.

Way back in the day I had Rob do the clarity and warmth mods to mine and it is still one of two mods that I have never moved over the years.

Mr Scary was the first mod that really made me stand up and listen to MTS.
I have the stocker as well as a base modded JF one.
Both are awesome and I've usually got one or the other loaded in the RM4.

Yes,

back when I had my highly tweaked MTS setup, Mr Scary was my primary module. The only module I ever came across that sounded great along the entire travel of the gain knob. FTR, I never tried a $300+ module like a Friedman or Salvation.

love my grail and scary, blows any friedmans out of the water

Well considering Dave F designed them both that's a bit of logical fallacy..heh but yeah, love them both.

True story, I had a Friedman modded Egnater Dual Erect...I think he called tithe eRECTAL....that thing was crazy brutal.
