Am about to get my RM 4 which module gives the most versital tone?

I would say the plexi because you can back the gain right down and use it as a clean module, as well as cranking it and getting good rock sounds.
you wouldnt really get metal sounds out of it tho, unless you ran an o/d pedal in front or something.

I'd definitely say the plexi. I clean boosted mine only with the output level on my EQ pedal and it can get pretty heavy. That was even with some cutting in certain freq's. So with that set-up I could go from clean to scream with a toe click a quick crank of my guitar's volume knob.

I have played the 1086, but the Plexi just sounds so good. Yeah, I guess my above answer might be a bit biased now that I think about it :roll:
