Just to let everyone know......I ordered a Bogner module, for my Randal MTS, on the 5th of July. They were backordered then but, that Monday they were in ready to ship. Well I waited till Tuesday to call and findout when mine would be shipped. They said it would be later in the week due to the fact that they had a new warehoue. ot bad I can deal with that Let me know when it shipe. Well that monday no word so I call again and get the same story except that it would be Tuesday but it would deffinetly go out. I wait til Wendsday to call same thing it will be tommorrow. Well it's Friday and I called them. It was the same BS so instead of waiting anymore for some BS I asked for a refund. Now I have to wait 2-5 days for it. All I can say is that they suck as far as getting stuff out on time and in an orderly fashion. This is the last time I will deal with them.

If you guys are ever looking for a module and can't get it, please shoot me a PM. I can find a dealer who has one in stock who will be willing to ship it to you ASAP.

Both musicians friend and music 123 have had that nonsense going on for about 2 weeks with the shipping delays. I say support the independent dealers, the service is usually much better. I ordered a ground control pro from MF two weeks ago and finally had to cancel my order yesterday after they pulled the same ****.

In all of my experiences the differences between chain stores and local shops are night and day (to the good of the local guy).

Maybe now that they are the same company there is some consolidating going on. Still no excuse though.

Yeah absolutely. MF & 123 after all, are GC owned. :x
