I am sure that this has been covered already but, what are these made out of? Do your customers send you the module and then you add these or...?

I refinish original Randall plates, so they're metal. Customers can send me their plate(s) or I can provide them. A donated plate is a nice help, but not required. In the case I don't have any of my own on hand, the customers plate could speed up the process and I'll never ask for a module.
