problems with RG50TC

my son have a RG50TC, yesterday , this amps was dead

3 lamps (small) doesnt work in same time ( no light)
2 big lamps is ok (light)
have you same problem ?

the fuse behind is ok

someone can help me

Replace the preamp tubes.

Are you sure the fuse is fine? Did you replace with a new one?

Often times, preamp tubes don't glow very brightly, it's highly unlikely that all 3 died at the same time.
