I had one issue with an RT2/50 and randall took care of it pronto at N/C. The issue was probably even my fault!
I have had ZERO problems since, and that was a few years ago.
The ONLY thing I have right now is one channel is blowing fuses on one tube. I haven't had a chance (The scratch) to throw new tubes in there to test, but it's probably the 3 year old tube.
When it comes to problems, these kind of threads exacerbate how big the issue really is. Why? Because all the guys with no problems don't post about it, and that's only the small percentage of Randall players that even KNOW about this forum I'd bet.
Percentage wise, I'd imagine failure rates are pretty low.
