Anyone know where to get some? Looking for a set of five for my JF Erect...

Thanks

My "affordable" source in the US dried up, but I have a line to Hong Kong and will be directly importing them. If you touch base with me in a few weeks they should be here. Prices are on my site.

Right on Rob, thanks!

You can also check out Small Bear. They have everything just about.

Oh no!!! Really? That sucks. They've been THE source for a long time.

I'm pretty sure this is what I used but they aren't cheap:

Check Ebay....While alot of them are in Hong Kong, they are insanely cheap...but for a few bucks more there are some stateside if you dont want to wait a long time....I was going to buy some for a Gigmods Recto a while back and found some on their....just wound up selling the module....

The chrome domes coming out of Hong Kong show that they have a dimple indicator, but the ones they ship DON'T have any dimple indicator. They all say they're going to change their ad pics, but still they don't. I've purchased from three (supposedly) different sellers, and the knobs have all had a smooth top without any indicator.

If going through Hong Kong, I'd suggest a manufacturer bulk deal, but then you'd have to buy hundreds, if not a thousand just to make it worth it.

Ive seen them on ebay for like $6 with free shipping form Hong kong...5 of them....but shipping took several weeks.....seems pretty cheap to me,but it is a crap shoot Im sure....but I did see some on there stateside...5 would have cost me around $20 shipped...I guess that was about 2 months ago....

Small Bear was the most affordable state-side source for these, but they are completely hit or miss on these knobs. I was able to get black ones there fairly regularly for a while and chrome only once since opening for business in 2007. That's hardly reliable by my standards.

Most of the alternatives here are along the lines of what Mike suggested. Between $3.50 to $7 per knob is just too high for me to stock and re-sell. I have done that in the past in a pinch, but I always lose money on those deals. These knobs have been one of the most difficult parts to source out of anything I have ever used.

Like I said, the solution is inbound, so just hang tight if you can.

Looks like these are the biggest pain to get. I can hang tight...let me know when they come in.
