RH300G3 Tube

Hi, Just got the RH300G3 amp and been using it for a week.

It's **** loud!!!

But a queastion:

Is the tube (the metal/shining thing with light ontop) supposed to light up?

Can the amp run without a tube?


Loving the amp though, with a KKV signature, (top-tier) awesome sound!

Normally an amp can work without tube ...don't know the G3 a lot ...Randall put a lot of Hybrid technology so maybe ...the tube are suppose to get a litle light on top when the warm long and at high volume ...higher they are better it is !
