Just bought my first Randall product, a RM100C (pffft you call this heavy? I used to own a Vetta II combo 8) ). It has a Top Boost, Clean, Tweed, Plexi, and JTM modules. I'm still dialing in tones, but the ones I'm getting are sounding pretty sweet. Seems to really sing at drummer levels.

There is a broken channel selector switch, the white pastic with the spring has snapped off. The midi pedal works fine though so I'm going to play for a while before I get this fixed.

My question is: Is this a common problem? Should I get this fixed with a beefier switch?

I can honestly say that this is the first time i have heard of this problem. You might want to try hitting up [email protected] I don't remember that being a part that would be readily available, but Ryan should be able to let you know.
