RM100 footswitch problems, help!! FIXED, thanks Bruce!

Bruce you rock!

I checked the midi connectors, they were fine.
So then I replaced the chip, and it works! Like a charm!

So in short, BMI (dutch importer) sucks, Bruce rules!

This was an early RM100, so I guess they had some problems at the beginning with that..

You know, it says a ton about this system that Bruce is even around here...He devised something we all love and it's cool as hell he checks in and even offers advice...There is NO better source...I think it's super cool he still has MTS love...

Man, I really wish this thread popped up during the 6 months I've been pleading with Randall to get me a new midi board...I had the exact same issue.

Especially stings now knowing that the solution was so cheap.
