RM4 or RM100

Ok here's the situation:

I'm going to have a Randall RH300G3 soon, and I have a RA412CX Cab. It's gonna be my first ever halfstack.

But what happens after that?

I can either get a RM100 in the future, and waste the time and money spent on getting this head, or I can get a RM4 preamp and use it in a rack instead. Which one would be the better choice?

The Rm4 is more veratile..but its alot of gear to lug around.
If I had it my way Id own a small 2 MTS amp (50 watts with a single 12) and a full blown RM4/RT2/50 and a 4x12 bottom.
One for jamming one for THE REAL DEAL gigs.

Is it possible to just use the RH300G3 or a Randall V2 as the Power Amp for the RM4?
