Hey all, I have got an RM4 on the way to replace the ADA MP-1 in my rack. I will be using it with a gmajor and marshall 20/20 into two 1x12 boogie thieles.

Regarding w/d or w/d/w set-up options, I have a question about the RM4 outputs (pre-loop out, serial send, parallel send). Can all three ?send? signal out at the same time? For example, could I send a dry signal from pre-loop out to channel A of the power amp and send a second signal from the serial or parallel loop ?send? to the gmajor ? that could go either through the RM4 loop or go direct from gmajor out to channel B of the poweramp?

Thanks,

Mike

Yes...
Pre-Loop, the loop sends, and the post-loop all "put out."

I actually use (sometimes) pre-loop out to power amp to cab(s), and then post-loop out to FX to stereo power to cabs. w/d/w FTW!!! My fav way to run things :D

Thanks Nikki,

I think the way I would like to run the RM4 is basic w/d with:

Dry = pre-loop out direct to poweramp channel A to cab#1
Wet = parallel loop with gmajor-killdry-mono post loop out to poweramp channel B to cab#2

Do you think this will work with the RM4? I just need a little delay and sometimes verb and detune should also work OK with killdry in parallel loop.
