RM4 sounds thin and some crackling?!

I'm getting thin & crackling sound on all channels with my RM4? I clean the loops and guitar input with a contact solution, it fixed the trouble temporarily(?) after a few weeks, it went bad again with same problem.

I remember swapping all of the preamp tubes on the RM4, still no good..

Anyone have the same problem? any tips for a quick fix appreciated before I bring her to the Amp guy..

I swapped all preamp tubes earlier on my RM4 and it's fine again?
the trouble might be Intermittent? I have feeling It might come back again soon? I'll clean S/P loops again tomorrow..
