I found one of these newer Salvation Evil Kitty mods on ebay. I had thought it was a Bad Cat Black Cat for some reason but it is a Bad Cat Hot Cat. I think that is a Marshallesque flavor and it is quite something.
It has giant bass and mids and does a piano like clean all the way up to full bore articulate, gainy punch. It's defined and heavy. kind of like a C-Watt but chewier.
can anyone else say what this is all about, exactly? I think it;s fairly enormous and when paired with a Duoplex it is other worldly in comparison. Still vintage but modern, too.
