What is the lettering style on the rm4- block, outline?

Other than appearance, is there a difference between the two?

Newer one doesn't have the 15 ms delay. Randall sells the chip to fix the old one.

I would love to have the RM100 (even the RM4) but I need to sell an RM50 combo first. I posted it locally today so my fingers are crossed.
