tc gforce volume extremely low with rt250/rm4

i have a tc electronics g-force which i place in the parallel loop of my rt250/rm4 setup but even if i crank the 'effects' on the rm4 all the way up the volume of the g-force is still very low and not at a balanced level with the amp. i have tried the series and parallel fx loops and both have the same problem.

does anyone else have this problem with their g-force? is there an internal volume setting on the g-force where i can turn it up? i have only had the g-force for a short amount of time and have scoured the user manual but couldn't find how to correct this.

You know, I have the TC G Major and it does the same for me. I haven't found out how to fix this problem myself as well.

look to see if there is a global volume setting. I borrow a friends G-System last week and it did the same thing. I though it was the effects loop of my RM50 but it turns out that the global setting was on 4 and need to be on 10 or 12. Hope that helps
