Yep, those are cool!
I have my own thing I'm working on.
These are chrome valve stem covers that fit over the steel screws.
You just have to drill out the threads.
I made all the knobs out of different sized chrome nuts that all match.
I have four Grail plates I'm going to paint black and laser etch custom graphics for my four favorite modules.
Jaded Faith custom KH-1, Trillogy, Salvation Angel E and Hilligan Scorch
Each use matching knobs (and screws)

Older thread bump but wanted to update as I used it to buy screws and wanted to make sure anyone looking gets the right info.

The second Amazon link in JayDa's post above is not the larger head older stainless ones. They are the exact same thing as the smaller black ones but stainless instead. If you are looking to match the bigger head ones, use the first link.
