Tube Selection

Hey...if a guy wanted to capture a great Marshall tone...what would be the choice of tubes inside the modules....any suggestions. What do they use in the Egnater modules??

i have found the sl+ module to be best suited for my ears. that said...wait until you hear the kh2. :shock:

well as far as the tubes go you'll want to go with el34's for power tubes and 12ax7's for preamp tubes
beyond that, if i remember correctly marshalls come stock with jj tubes, i could be wrong... i'm sure there's someone who can verify or disprove me, but i THINK it's jj brand tubes.
