You are correct about the ownership deal. I was trying to be short and sweet and not lag us down with business semantics but you are correct. I was amazed that Marshall went to USM given USM's less than stellar reputation with on time and efficient deliveries. But i guess that ours is not to wonder why. At any rate, given USM's track record thusfar i can honestly say that the buyout will probably improve things. As i have stated in previous posts, the Egnater design has gone through several incantations from Rocktron to Randall to Egnater himself producing MTS gear over the years. Even if Randall drops the ball someone will pick it up. It's too good of an idea to let die, so worry not. My $.02
