VX and EG5 clips

Here are some clips of my Mod50 as it stands right now with the VX and EG5 modules in it. As usual, I didn't give myself enough time and ended up doing the clips in a hurry I'm not super happy with how they came out, especially the EG5 stuff. I just couldn't get it to capture the full vibe of the EG5 Channel B. It's a pretty massive sound and didn't translate well for some reason. It added a lot of mids and took away some of the massive low end.

For the clips, I didn't really work to get any specific sound, I just played each module/channel basically the way I had it setup from my gig last weekend. Ch A on the modules had the gain at around 9 o'clock and Ch B had the gain around noon on both modules. The Master Volume was around 3 o'clock and the module masters were set to give each channel a similar volume. The EQ's were mostly around noon. Little less on mids, little more on treble. Bass Boost was on 2 and Bright was on 0 for each module. Guitar was a Tom Anderson Cobra in single coil neck setting or humbucker for the higher gain stuff. I forgot to mention the cab is a Bogner oversized 2x12 closed back loaded with V30s. The recording is very convoluted process I do a direct capture with my Sony DCR-TVR10 Camcorder to my computer to AVI. Then I use some computer recording software to extract the audio from the AVI and save it to MP3. Obviously this is not the best way to record an amp, but since I don't have a lot of nice home recording equipment, this gets the best results I've found the stuff I have at hand.

Thanks for putting up the clips,nice tones! I just bought a mint MHG that I will send to Egnater to get the EG5 treatment.
