I buy CDs primarily so I have them and as George said I support the band &I can do as I want. Also if my pc or mp3 crashes I still have it.

I ran out of room for CDs. I get one every now and then but there simply is no room.

* by the time you're 40 the music is too loud.

* by the time you're 60 the music is still too loud but it doesn't matter because you can't hear it anyway.

I cannot hear above 14 kHz. I can hear that pitch with my left ear. My right ear rolls off at 8 kHz. BTW, I keep my MP3s backed up on two external HDs. I buy DRM free stuff.
