Your Power tube of choice???

I like to mix tubes. My favorites are:

E34L outside / SED EL34 inside
KT77 outside and E34L inside
EH 6CA7 outside and SED EL34 inside

so much is done in the studio that doesn't get stated. They use Sonic Maximizers, and all sorts of other gear in most major studios. If you've got $100,000 you can probably get those tones in a recorded situation

I thought you were going to throw out Mac quad8, apogee, neve and royers....sonic maximizers are not the expensive elusive secret weapon! You can buy mine for $50!
