Just got 2 Synergy Modules for use with my Mod 50. But when I went to use them, I found out that they will only fit into the right slot. They don't have as much clearance in the back as my Egnater modules, so they seem to hang up on the motherboard. I can't get them to go in enough to actually...

I see how on some amps you can swap out the power tubes to get the amp to output at a lower wattage. Can this be done on an RM20 and if so what would be used? Thanks mac

Just wanted to leave a very positive post about Randall customer service. I bought a used RM20 combo and accidentally knocked it over backwards while playing one day. The fall knocked the power cord end up into the amp and smashed the plug/fuse connector. I called Randall and told them my story...
