I'm digging the tones more every day...I may pull the ad and see how this tone settles in as it "breaks in"

I have lots of Marshally mods and this one definietly has that Plexi vibe, which I should have known usually doesn't mesh with my style, but the dials and toggles yield thicker mids than most Plexis

What EQ and Compressor are you using on this recording?

I used several boosts: the MW1, the ZWod, the boost on the rm20
The mw1 was the only one on all the time (it helps drive the signal through all the cables) the others I flipped on & off

I put a mastering compressor in the master buss in Pro Tools to bring the levels up, but I fear I clipped it....I mean, I was inspired by Death Magnetic techniques

No eq though, not even a hi pass. This inflates my sense of professionalism and allows me to blast you one if you differ, lol
