tap directly on the fret, not behind it. You're not trying to sound the tapped note like a conventional tap, but just bounce off the fret to create the harmonic.

Thanks, if you haven't got it yet, you have the note on the seventh fret ringing and you lightly tap/touch the string directly above the fourteenth fret.
I just work stuff out by ear, so I don't know if it's right, it just works for me.
