ok, in addition to my post below I am asking for anyones opinion on the following modules:

* Clean
* Blackface
* Super V
* KH-1

Compare these, and try to give pros and cons of each (if poss).......
All feeback is appreciated, since I'm new to these modules and have no where near to try them out....

i personally thought the clean sounded really good but most people would disagree on that and i also thought the blackface sounded alot better than the clean but i think you can mod the clean to a blacface just by changing r1 ,r2, and r3 to 150 ohm half watt resistors but i'm not totally sure on that. i don't know anything about the super v . and the kh-1 i know is based on a fender but it will stay clean at higher volume levels even with active pickups. i'd get the kh-1 if i had the money if i didn't i'd either mod the clean or buy a blackface. i don't really like the lynch mods so i wouldn't consider the super v, just my opinion though hope that helps.

Go for the Super V if you are looking for a very Jangly, sweet slightly dirty tone. Think along the lines of a vox ac30.

The blackface is more like a fender twin, very warm and clean sounding. Smooth tone all around and can get a bit jangly with the right pups too.

The Kh-1 seems to be like a blackface but with more headroom and a slightly slinkier feel, still on the fender line though. Lastly, I haven't tried the clean, so i don't really know there. Check for youtube clips as i know there' a couple on the blackface and super v to help you make your choice.

The Clean to me sounded a little too clean, almost an audiophile type clean. That's not to say that was bad at all, just not what I was looking for.

The Blackface, on the other hand, sounds awesome.

And as a bit of a shocker, the Recto sounded really sweet when I cleaned it up. I had to roll back my guitar volume to ~2/10, keep the module's gain to < 9 o'clock, and play with very soft hands.
