Blackface to JF super clean.

I have 2 rm100 one with a blackface and one with kh1. I love my kh1
Blackface is to chimy. What do u guys think about converting it to a super clean

I did not like the stock Blackface at all. I have an old twin in my studio and the Blackface was not even close. I had it converted to the SuperClean and it is an entirely different animal now. Very cool clean tones and sounds incredible with a chorus on it. Still missing the twin sound, I bought another Blackface and had VooDoo mods do me up with their TwinFace. It is cool in that it has a trim pot so that I can dial in a little grit if I want to, which I don't My real twin will not distort and i wanted an amp that gets that tube driven clean tone and the TwinFace is pretty damn close.

I went through all of this as well. Rob at Jaded Faith finally made me a custom Tweed that is JUST clean, no overdrive. It's by FAR the best MTS clean tone I've played. Much warmer and organic than the Super Clean and it certainly has a "Fender" sound.
