Channel Switching issues on rm100

I just got my rm100 back from the shop i hooked everything up and hooked up the footswitch. When i tried to switch to the 2nd channel it jumped to the 3rd channel and when i switched manually with the button on the front panel it went to the 2nd channel but i am getting no sound from that channel... any ideas or thoughts?

OK i got sounds outa the 2nd channel but im still having the switching issue with the footswitch.

You may need to reset the switch? I seem to recall reading something about that on the rm4 and it basically being programmable?

tried re-programming the switch but as soon as i step on the middle switch it jumps to the 3rd channel, How would one go about re-setting the switch?
