can anyone tell me if dave disconnects the bright switch on these ? I just picked one up, and yes, it frikkin rocks, but the bright switch does nothing. I did not know if this is part of the mod or do do I have an issue with my module. any replies or info would be greatly appreciated.

The more gain you have, the less noticeable the bright switches effect will be. Try putting the gain around 10:00 and set all the eq at 12:00. Toggle it while palm muting and see if you hear any difference.
