Help debugging noise issue

I've been trying to figure out the cause of a noise issue that has been plaguing me a bunch; I usually am able to gate around it but would love to solve it or at least understand it. This happens on my high gain modules (Recto and SL+) when I'm using my pedalboard into the front of the amp, as well as when I'm using my pedalboard into the front of the amp and through the effects loop (4 cable); I'm mostly trying to figure out it if this is a ground loop or something different. I wouldn't really expect a ground loop when not using 4 cable method and I don't think it sounds like 60hz hum.
