Help with MIDI FCB1010

Is anyone available to give help with programming a FCB 1010 (cheap crap) to work with the MTS amps and random effects ?

If you could help give guidance I'd greatly appreciate it... :?
the user manual for the FCB 1010 is a "little lacking" and im freaking confused
