youtube blasted the audio all to hell though. :( Somehow it even added some reverb to it - I added a little bit since 1/2 the signal was direct and dry as a bone, but the compression youtube puts on it whacked the tone a bit.

BTW, this is Moderator/King of Grailtone Ned's Plexi module. Was doing some final touches to it. :D

Try this, am guessing the strange reverb was caused by some stereo artefact:

Steve, you rock, that's what it was - the stereo summed to mono made the 'verb huge. Sweet! Thanks man!

Pete....sounds like the 1st Plexi you did for me....really cool! I have a very similar sound, but using the RM50 w/JJEL84's in yellowjackets through a 1 12 celestion. Was that clip through a cab or direct out?

You da man Pete!

Sweet. Can't wait to get the RM4 into the live rig.

Blend of a tiny bit of direct out from the head and a SM57 on a Randall 2x12 closed back MTS cab. Was really quiet too, barely loud enough to register when you turn the master volume up, if you know what I mean.

No problem! Even live, blending in a little bit of the recording out from our MTS cabs or the heads that have it can really add to the tone.
