Here are some pics of the new mods I cranked out this week that should be arriving in the hands of their owners shortly. There are new knobs arriving shortly for the Frequency Sweep knobs and there is a new VHT plate on the way (that was a one-of-a-kind prototype). Big thanks to Sacredgroove for his excellent face plates.

those look pretty awesome. I like the idea of the "Mark" series module...so many classic tones from Petrucci to Metellica...might it cover some Santana territory too?

Absolutely!

Got any clips of the Mark?

Yours (based on the V) must have more mids in that particular mode than Pete's judging by how much scoop-age you got going on ;-)

It was dialed in for the "flat" EQ setting on the switch for that pic/recording, thus the scooped knob in the pic. The Shift scoop setting would have had the mids at 12:00 or better, but it can scoop the hell out of it if you like.

Mark X: http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=10311950

Based on my 2008 Mark V head. Options include a Gain Saturation adjustment and a Mid Shift to obtain the famous Mark Series V-setting on the Graphic EQ (this option was not on in the clips).

How versatile is that Mark X? Can it get some of the more classic Mark tones or is it basically Mark V EXTREME setting? It would be cool if you did a module for each channel of the Mark V :D

That would be the day right?

It's actually the least like the Extreme setting, which I never actually use on my Mark V anyway. It's voiced most like channel 2 Crunch (one of the most amazing tones in that amp) and channel 3 IIC+ and Mark IV settings. It really covers a wide range of tones and is VERY usable on all settings.
