RG50TC opinions

What do you think of the RG50TC? The good and the bad? How is Randall's customer service and how dependable is this amp? I'm looking to down size my rig to a smaller tube combo that doesn't kill my back every time I move it.

I have one. I think it's a pretty good amp for the money. Mine kind of rattles when the bass is high. Customer service is not the greatest.

That's what I was wondering. The amp seems cheaply priced for a tube amp which is great, but it made me wonder what the quality of the amp was like. I've heard the US Music brands have very skeptical reputations for poor service. I may take a closer look and see if I can try one out.

Absolutely!
I own the RH50TC head and it sounds just great!
I do not know the quality of the RG50TC speaker, but regarding the low price it should be no problem to replace the speaker with an Eminence (V12 or Governor e.g.) in case you do not like the speaker's sound.
