Running an RM100 without all modules?

Hi all,
Sorry if this has been answered before...tried to find it in a search with no luck.
HERE'S THE QUESTION:
I'm assuming it's OK to run an RM100 head with only one or two modules installed?

Thanx up front for any help.
(Got a second head coming tomorrow, but the rest of the modules will be a few days behind)

i can't run mine without all slots filled, makes crackiling noise and power goes in and out, but all three full its fine :wink:
