Yes, 1 and 3 both have diode clipping....I have to crank the Module Volume to about 3PM tp get 'normal' volume on mine.

Agree about Mode 2 sounding fantastic. \m/

Isn't 1 and 3 the diode clipping modes?

I received a Camerica two days ago. I also thought that something was wrong with the module because in Gain Style positions 1 & 3, there was very little volume but in Gain Style 2, it's "normal" volume.

That said, the module sounds so freaking amazing that I don't even care about Gain Style 1 & 3! This may be the best sounding module I've ever owned and it's certainly in the top two. I just can't believe how incredible it sounds.

I'm just blown away.

Another vote for leaving it in mode 2....It's so good there's no need for the others most of the time...
