It's tough to compare these three, but I'll try.
The Fisch cuts through the most with biting highs. It also feels the most transparent to me. The difference between the blue and green channel is more gain and compression, but nothing like the XTC LE's red channel compression. Of the three, it's the lowest gain (excluding the Plexi channel on the XTC LE) but still more than enough for metal. It's definitely a Marshall based tone, and probably the most of the three.
The XTC LE is a thicker mod with higher gain. It has a sag to it that lets you dig in and really feel the notes. The difference between the blue and red channel is more gain, much more compression, and thicker/heavier tone. It's a fuller, more balanced tone than the Fisch. The blue channel is more Marshall where as the red channel is its own unique tone.
The Afterlife has the most gain of the three and is definitely the thickest. It has a low-end thump that will hit you square in the chest and let you feel the aggression. It is the tightest and tracks really well. The depth switch makes a noticeable difference, which offers tight, sludge, and semi-vintage options. It's the only one that doesn't have 2 channels, but the mid switch makes a significant enough difference that it might as well be a second channel. This is not Marshall based, though with the mid switch engaged, it can cop a semi-Marshall tone.
Anyway, that's my take on the three. Hope it helps somewhat. Not sure if others would agree with me, but that's what I hear/feel in these three SG mods.
