After the introduction of the Snakebite, I'm afraid this one might have to be renamed "Semi."

In all seriousness, this would make a great companion to that module in a stereo pair situation...

LOL figg you are right I got my snakebite today and it simply floorer me so bad ass so killer.. and can even be dialed in to sound like the erect but its alot more fun to tune to kill and destroy!

The Erect is still s great module and does that recto tone very very well and even does some mid gain stuff very well, And im sure Its new owner will love it as much as i did as I have not heard a straight up recto mod that can compete with it. The snakebite is a totally different beast its recto tone on steroids and crystal meth super killer high gain but with that thumping tight ass smack you in the face low end.. That was the main reason I loved the UltraLead so much and I was skeptical as to weather another module could do that but the snakebite does it in spades!

I was just kidding anyway...Every great tone has many flavors- Marshall has hot-rodded, plexi, etc. that has spawned many twists and turns, some classic and some modern...

Same with the Recto tone these days...It's broken into classic, modern, and extreme kinda tones...The Erect does the classic and modern well and the Snakebite sounds like it tackles the extreme side well...

You r right on the money there Matt... I like extreme i considered my UltraLead an extreme high gain module and the Snakebite is just a better Extreme Metal module!
