What's next for the MTS line?

Voodoo mods has a sag switch that they install on amps. I never thought to ask if they could do it on a solid state amp, but I don't see why not since the switch doesn't use a tube rectifier - it just adjusts the voltage. Might be worth looking into. I've heard good things about Rocktron's Velocity solid state amps. Maybe Trace @ Voodoo Mods can put that sag switch on a Velocity?

I plan on having a sag switch installed on my 20/20 sometime over the summer. I'll post results.

RM2, not discussion, this can be real breakthrough....., but I?m afraid that MTS is out of focus for Randall now, same as Egnater.

^ That's a real shame..I wish MTS would spur back into life. This forum used to be a lot more active before I left but now that I'm coming back I wish Randall would do some more R&D on this stuff so we have more fun with it.

fwiw: I have seen 3rd parties pick up where companies leave off. The Roland VSplanet is a good example.
It was a community for the Roland studio group (the people with little recording machines) and after Roland abandoned the line..the VS people just kept on without them.
They have a radio station last I knew, a retail store (on-line), about 20k people who still florish there.
IF Jaded Faith.OK Pete and Salvation want to carry the baton..Im FINE with it. I am sure any of the 3 would happily make your gear the best it can be.
I have a module with JF right now..and the guy is very responsive....in a way maybe a big company CANNOT be.
